This speculative project translates a pivotal moment from Wim Wenders’ Paris, Texas into a spatial collage: the scene where Travis and his son sit beneath layered overpasses and decide to leave together in search of Jane. Rather than depicting the setting directly, the work distills its emotional texture, silence, care, hesitation, into a constellation of tactile fragments: telephone cords, soft materials, improvised structures.
The result is a visual space suspended between movement and stillness, infrastructure and intimacy. A reconstruction of a decision not through narrative, but through atmosphere, weight, and the presence of objects.
