Shaping a new visual identity for a premium bathroom brand in transition
As part of the brand refresh for Alape, I contributed to the visual development and motion design that marked a shift in positioning: from classic premium to conscious, story-led design. In collaboration with Finn Fukazawa and Black Cabin Studio, the project aimed to overcome the "age of average" by reconnecting Alape’s heritage with playful minimalism and individual expression. The new look & feel combines clarity, edge and emotional nuance – bringing bolder editions, cleaner product storytelling and a refined visual language into focus.
